Timekeeper Training in Brunswick

with Toby Sifton

September 6th (2017)

Date details +
    Room: Brunswick
The Umdze, or timekeeper, is the primary reference point for group meditation practice. Their presence, posture, and punctuality allow meditation practitioners to fully engage in mindfulness and awareness.
Learning to be an Umdze is a natural and essential piece in our own training as practitioners, extending our kindness and strength to others, and refining our understanding of the cultural forms of Shambhala.
All are welcome to attend. Those who have attended Level III of Shambhala Training are strongly encouraged to participate. Just as with meditation instruction, current timekeepers are also encouraged to attend to provide feedback and refine their understanding.

Toby Sifton will be offering this training this week in both Portland and Brunswick.

Join us for the evening that works best for you.

Please register in advance so that we know how many to expect. Thank you.
