Friday Night 'Just Sit' in Portland

    "Just Sit" is a simple format consisting of three sessions of sitting meditation for 30-40 minutes with 10 minutes of walking meditation between each session.  Placed between the end of usual work week and the start of the weekend, it is a wonderful time to pause, reflect, let go, and reset for the days ahead. All practitioners of meditation are welcome. Please feel free to stop by even for a few minutes at the beginning, the end, or somewhere in between if that is all you have available.  It would be great to see you.
