• Identify an Ikebana Arranger

• Find a Reception Coordinator

• Recruiting Staff: (Heart of Warriorship- Level 1-5 only):

The absolute minimum staffing level is three.

Plus one for each Assistant Director for escort service.

Better to have five- six with 10++ participants.

The prerequisite to staff a Shambhala Training Weekend is completion Shambhala Level III and the level being conducted.
