In Brunswick. This first-weekend retreat of the Way of Shambhala series introduces participants to the practice of sitting meditation and to the basic principles of the Shambhala path of warriorship.
 

Shambhala Level II: The Birth of a Warrior- Rockland

March 16th—March 18th

The Birth of the Warrior weekend looks at how to recognize the habitual patterns that prevent us from opening to the experience of basic goodness
 

Qigong Levels 1 & 2- Rockland

Qigong strengthens joints, muscles, tendons, and bones, nourishes internal organs, stimulates circulation of energy in our body, and enhances mental clarity.
