    "Just Sit" is a simple format consisting of three sessions of sitting meditation for 30-40 minutes with 10 minutes of walking meditation between each session. Many of us find that it is a wonderful opportunity--at the end of the day and in the middle of the week--to pause, reflect, let go, and reset for the days ahead.
     
    All practitioners of silent meditation are welcome. Please feel free to stop by even for a few minutes at the beginning, the end, or somewhere in between if that is all the time you have available.  It would be great to see you.
