When so many societal norms, expectations, and values have changed and come into question, how do young people understand their place and purpose? What does it mean to fully come into adulthood in our present times and what role might meditation and spiritual practice have?

In the midst of a culture driven by speed and success, we come together once a month and bring ancient teachings and practices of meditation to bear on modern problems and challenges. Our intention is to build community-based on understanding the workings of the mind and engaging in open-hearted exploration of the issues relevant to young people emerging in society today. Together, we are learning how mindfulness and awareness allow us more authenticity, confidence, and connection as we relate to ourselves, each other, and our world.

No age limitations. Topics are geared toward those in their 20s and 30s and anyone inspired to explore meditation and what it means to be an adult.
