REGISTRATION Staff manning the registration table on Friday evening may be the first person that a participant sees when arriving at the center. A warm welcome and the ability to be helpful is key for a guest feeling comfortable upon arrival. A first time guest may need information for parking, the restrooms, and other local information. Some simple preparation will ease this process.

• Have a printout of the database registration form to use during registration.

• It is likely that most participants have registered and paid online. The registration form will reflect this information.

• Cash box can be found in cabinet under the microwave.

• Sticky Name Tags and pens will also be found in same cabinet. Have participants fill out a name tag.

• The center has a Generosity Policy which allows the participant to ‘Pay as They Are Able.’ It is important that this is a comfortable transaction if needed.

• For participants paying by check the check, please have the check made out to: Brunswick Shambhala Meditation Center. Note the check number and amount on the registration form.

• If cash is received, please note the amount received on the registration form.
