Sadhana of Mahamudra
July 2, 2015 6pm-7pm
Prior to the Thursday evening Just Sit in Brunswick
The Sadhana of Mahamudra is an important practice given to us by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, the founder of Shambhala Buddhism. This practice is a binding factor for our community and is done on the day of the full or new moon. All levels of meditators are welcome. The essential teaching imparted is that the nature of the practice itself can undercut any notions of spiritual materialism. The practice consists of meditation and chants, and lasts about an hour.
