Our centre offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request. All are welcome.
Open Public Sitting Hours
Group sitting is an opportunity to practice meditation together. Individuals may arrive and leave as they need to. During the sessions there are opening Shambhala Buddhist chants, sitting meditation, walking meditation and closing Shambhala Buddhist chants. All are welcome.
